At the Chillón Cheese Museum the visitors are immersed in the old tradition of the cheese, its origins, its evolution. They experience the flavor of the past along with the innovation of the present.
Four generations of the Chillón family, dedicated for more than 125 years to the production of sheep's cheese, are now reflected in this Museum.
An exciting tour remembering the artisan work of cheese making that all the cattle families and in particular ours, carried out in their villages.
