In one visit you can learn not only about the production of our Pago Wines, Artisan Manchego Cheeses and Extra Virgin Olive Oils, but also the origin of these products and their production by visiting vineyards, purebred Manchega sheep breeding and olive groves, all within the same farm.
Design the visit that best suits your interest, the tour can include the three types of Agrotourism, two or just one, in order to make your experience as pleasant and stimulating as possible.
And all this without forgetting a piece of the history of Castilla La-Mancha, the windmill of La Mancha. A way of life and a history that you will learn first hand during your visit.
Wine Tourism (Vineyard + Winery)
Learn how the pine forest and scrubland protect the vineyard and provide the wines with extraordinary balsamic nuances, visit the different types of soils that provide flavors and aromas to the grapes, which will later be taken to the winery for the production of our single vineyard wines.
Lacteotourism (Livestock + Cheese)
Discover a new type of agrotourism.
Visit our purebred Manchega sheep and see how the milking parlor is integrated into the same livestock directly connected to the workshop where our master cheesemaker makes artisan Manchego cheeses with different cures.
Let yourself be carried away and get involved in the different aromas that the cheese gives off in each of its moments of elaboration, undoubtedly a unique sensory experience.
Oleotourism (Olive grove + Olive oil mill)
Enjoy walking through the olive grove, contemplate the unique landscape of such a traditional stamp as a beautiful olive grove. From the field to the olive mill where the so-called liquid gold, the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, is produced.
