In our Interpretation Center, you can learn, through panels, videos and interactive activities, about the mysterious world of mushrooms, their histories and their importances in the area. You can visit a mushroom cellar to learn about the cultivation process and its peculiarities, where will also show you the Asian varieties grown, "Shiitake" and "Eryngii".
Taste our most typical products with a tasting of garlic mushrooms paired with a DOCa Rioja Wine, and we will also give you 3 recipe books with information about their properties and nutritional value.
Tou can also buy, if you wish, some of our vaieties of mushrooms, and even have luch in town and taste the surprising "Fungi Menus" at the "Chandro Restaurant", in Pradejón.
